Services are provided according to the agreed proposal, statement of work, or care plan.

Deposits and milestone payments are due as specified in your quote or agreement. Work may start after deposit confirmation.

Clients must provide required content, approvals, and access credentials in a timely manner.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages and provide services with reasonable professional care.
